What the fee covers
- Planning your trip with you, around what you actually want out of it.
- Arranging and booking tours, and handling the back-and-forth with operators.
- Coordinating transport, dining, and entertainment so the days join up.
- Answering questions from people who have been there, while you are here.
- A second plan when weather, a cancellation, or a closed road takes out the first one.
Before you buy
This books nothing. No tour, seat, table, or room is reserved by paying, and we check no availability here. The fee engages a person; the planning starts when we contact you, using the details you enter at payment.
The fee is ours, not theirs. Tours, transport, meals, tickets, and lodging are paid to whoever provides them, at their prices. We arrange those bookings. We do not operate them, and we cannot promise a supplier’s availability or the weather. No tour in our catalog is included with this fee, and every one of them is booked and paid for separately.
Cancel 48 hours or more before your trip starts and you get a full refund. Inside 48 hours the fee is non-refundable. If we have to cancel, you get a full refund.
Payments are processed by Stripe, which collects your name, email address, telephone number, and payment details on our behalf. We never see or store your card details. We keep your name, email, and phone number so we can plan your trip with you.
