Photo packages
Hire one of our photographers for your trip and be present in it, instead of managing a camera. Booked by the hour, anywhere in Alaska we can reach.
Before you book
Buying does not book a date. We check no calendar here. We will contact you to arrange a time that works, using the details you enter at payment.
A package is not a tour. This is our own on-site work, and it is not part of any tour we list. Nothing here is included with a tour booking, and a tour you want us along on is booked and paid for separately.
Cancel 48 hours or more before the shoot and you get a full refund. Inside 48 hours the booking is non-refundable. If we cancel, or the weather does, we reschedule.
Photo package
$250 per hour
A Parhelia photographer on location with you, shooting stills for as long as you book.
Drone photo package
$500 per hour
Aerial photography of your trip, flown and shot by a Parhelia pilot. Flight depends on airspace, weather, and permission on the day.
Payments are processed by Stripe, which collects your name, email address, telephone number, and payment details on our behalf. We never see or store your card details. We keep your name, email, and phone number so we can arrange your shoot.
In motion
- A rider on a snowmachine carves a long turn across a sunlit powder slope, throwing a wall of snow up behind them, with blue shadowed peaks standing across the valley.
- A rider descends a wide open face below a band of dark rock, almost lost inside the cloud of snow their turns throw up, surfacing and disappearing again on the way down.
- The camera moves across a steep mountainside of fluted snow and cornices, the ridges between the flutes throwing hard shadows down the slope.
- A snowmachine crosses a broad high snowfield past snow-capped boulders, trailing powder, under a dark rock ridge and a deep blue sky.
- The camera travels along a steep snow-covered ridge broken by bands of dark rock, under a cloudless sky, with a single small figure on the face below.
- A snowmachine carves across a slope in low afternoon light, trailing a long plume of snow that catches the sun, with a ridgeline standing dark behind it.
